Mack "Moose" (He/Eld) is an openly proud and loud transgender, neurodivergent eldritch horror with a love of all things dark, eldritch, gothic, and monstrous. His favorite subjects for art include monsters, blood and gore, eldritch and cosmic horror, cowboys, and anything with sharp teeth and glowing eyes. He has a love of crafting characters, and telling stories, especially those that focus on LGBTQ+ identities.When not creating art, he can be found enjoying time with his horse, making and playing tabletop characters in games such as Pathfinder and Vampire: The Masquerade, and studying art history.

Any and all of my works, no matter if it is commissioned or not, is NOT to be used or minted into cryptocurrency of any kind. NFTs are never allowed or okay, and I will never let my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, be allowed.
NONE of my artworks are EVER allowed to be used or uploaded in the training of AI websites. None of my artwork is ever permitted to be uploaded to AI websites to be used in the process of generating works via these sites.
Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies AGAINST MY TOS RULES, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.
Your commission is only meant for personal use. Once it's completed and sent, you may do whatever you wish with the piece as long as it stays within my rules. For Commercial/For-Profit use (aside from selling the art along with the character depicted), please message me to inquire and discuss details.
I reserve the right to use the commissioned image to promote myself and for portfolio purposes. I will have a disclaimer that will state this is not my character.
If you post the commission art anywhere else, please link back to this page, or @ me on my Twitter @ELGURITCH, on my Tumblr @eisigerelch, or on my Toyhou.se ELGURITCH.
Do not remove my watermark/signature from the commissioned piece. I will also not provide un-watermarked versions of the commission work, but I can do watermark size/transparency/position adjustments.
COMMISSION REQUEST TERMS
WILL NOT WORK WITH ANYONE WHO IS MAGA OR VOTED FOR TRUMP.
If you choose to send me AI generated references for your commission, you agree to an additional fee equaling 50% of your total commission price added to your commission. Non-AI references will not incur this fee.
FULL payment is required before I start drawing, though if full payment is not an option, you can ask about partial/deposit payment!
I require reference images to do any sort of commission. If you want a colored commission, please send an image with a clear color palette! I do not do commissions with description-only references.
Refunds are only applicable if I have not started the art. Once I send you the sketch for confirmation, there are no refunds. This is due to me doing the majority of my work in the sketch stage.
If you wish to have major design changes, or switch out a character completely, there is no additional cost to do so unless I have already started or finished a sketch. If the sketch has been started/finished, there will be a $40.00 extra charge to compensate me for the lost time.
Changes to the final piece can only be made a week past the send date of the finished piece, this is to prevent me from getting stuck in limbo on if a piece needs changes or not if I've heard nothing from you. As well, only a maximum amount of 3 rounds of MINOR changes can be made before you will be charged individually for each extra edit. (Minor changes include: Color tweaking, small shading adjustments, forgotten details being added, ect.)
I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel uncomfortable with the content, if you request something from my "Will Not Draw" list, or if I feel like I can't properly deliver with your commission. I also reserve the right to issue refunds if I feel like I can't properly deliver with your commission.
I reserve the right to close communications and discontinue work on a commission if you are toxic, rude, or otherwise unpleasant to work with. If the sketch has been sent for approval, no refunds will be sent in this case, and you will be blocked from contacting me for commission work ever again.
Please let me know if I get something wrong in your commission, I will gladly fix it for you!
If your waiting time for a commission is more than six months, I will offer a full refund upon request, regardless of the stage of your commission.
Please do not rush me when waiting for a commission, you may ask every two weeks or so if it takes that long!

Any adoptable designed by myself (ELGURITCH) through solo or collab use will guarantee a lifetime 10% discount on any future commissions of said adoptable design.
Adoptables gender presentation and physical gender traits can ALWAYS be changed to better suit your needs and comfort! If I draw a design with a masc chest, you are absolutely free to change it to a femme chest if you wish, for example. You do not need to ask about this.
Designs can be resold for USD, Art, Trades, ect. If sold for USD, the price must be the same as the original purchase price, UNLESS additional paid art has been added to the character, and the cost of the art can be added on top of the base price.
If a design is given for free (Gift, raffle, ect.) it may not be traded or sold for money or art without explicit permission from me.
If ANY of my designs are used for proshipping content, CP, Beastiality, Feral Porn (Porn with clearly not sentient or capable of consent creatures) ect. I reserve the rights to immediately revoke ownership of the character, and you will be blacklisted from owning one of my designs ever again.
The full quality images and/or toyhouse profile will be transferred after I am paid in full.
Refunds are not applicable for adoptables.
Payment plans are open for discussion for adopts over $50. All payment plans require at least 50% of the total price as a down payment to hold the adopt for you. Payment plan lengths can be discussed, but in general I'll hold for a payment plan for about 2-3 weeks at max.
Payment must be sent within 72 hours of claiming. Art payments must be sent within a week of claiming, unless notice is given.
No adoptables of mine may be co-owned. You may certainly share a design with your friend(s), but one of you must stay the official owner of said design.
Small design tweaks can be made to designs, but it must overall resemble the original design. (Exception of gender presentation) If you want a full redesign of the character, please reach out to me and we can work out a commission quote for this.
Please do not delete their toyhouse profile unless a valid reason is given. Please reach out to me before deleting their profile, to either discuss it and get my approval, or for me to offer to take the design back.
